Yes Dentistry and Implant Center Duluth, GA 30096
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist’s shoulders. Front Desk Receptionist should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible. The ideal candidate for this position is friendly, has a high-level of attention to detail and will enjoy working in a hospitality setting. (Biligual preferred.)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and offer assistance to patients, answering phone calls, and/or directing patients to other Dental staff as needed.
- Schedule appointments.
- Manage the dental patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures.
- Work with the manager.
- Manage dental supplies and inventory.
- Replenish dental items.
- Ensure that all designated areas are clean, neat, and in order.
- Meet or exceed dental sales goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Duluth, GA 30096: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
