We have an exciting opportunity within our Front Office as a Guest Experience Host. This position was designed for our Guests to have a seamless check in and check out experience. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. The Guest Experience Host will assist guests with account settlements, luggage to and from their guestroom, communication of hotel services and promotion, providing guests with information about local attractions/restaurants, in and around Portland and answering guest phone calls.


Candidates for this position must have the ability to work overnight as needed.

Qualifications

Ability to work a flexible schedule including overnight shifts

Ability to push/pull/carry 35 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Professional presentation in person, through telephone, and electronic communications

Previous customer service experience preferred
