Front of House Manager Job at Feast Market and Cellar
We are a growing locally owned restaurant group with 10 individual restaurant concepts and 2 more in development. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to oversee all front of house operations in all concepts. this is a 50+ hour a week commitment, nights and weekends.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL must include
- a highly detailed oriented individual with a high level of follow-through on all tasks
- a proficient communicator, knowing how to navigate many different personalities and relationships in a positive and constructive manner
- skilled in computer software, navigating scheduling apps, inventory apps, and POS systems
- at least 5 years current restaurant experience in a management role
- familiar with wine, beer, and must have basic cocktail knowledge to build drinks
- familiar organizing and booking private events
RESPONSIBILITIES will include, but not limited to
- oversee front of house hiring and training
- oversee how general managers are handling all front of house operations
- the point person for all employee questions regarding all aspects of their employment that the GM is unable to answer
- oversee that all restaurants are properly staffed and scheduled
- train managers and shift managers on computer software
- oversee the Opentable reservation app
- leading advertising campaigns, sales promotions, and generally encouraging all front of house staff in growing their restaurant
- oversee that all social media reviews are answered
- oversee that all social media platforms and advertising platforms are correct and on point with style and direction of the restaurant. Promote and create a social media experience in ways to bring in new customers
- direct and guide GMs in the most efficient, successful and positive ways of running and growing their restaurant
