On behalf of a Local Restaurant in the Mid-City area of Los Angeles, we seek to fill the following position by June 1, 2023.

FRONT END SUPPORT (HOSTESS)

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with restaurant etiquette and health/safety protocols
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and serving customers with a friendly, courteous manner
• Taking orders in person and over the phone
• Managing the POS system
• Checking in with customers and following up
• Maintaining a clean and clutter-free dining area
• Assuring the front end is operational with limited supervision
