Northwest Oklahoma City
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have past experience as a receptionist.
- Must have past experience of completing insurance verifications
- Proficient computer software skills
- Highly effective verbal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professionalism in all aspects of the job
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Familiar with Eagle Soft dental software
- Reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner
- Answering the telephones
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking payments
- Input patient data,
- Confirming appointments
- Liaison between insurance companies, staff, and patients
- Working insurance aging reports
- Complete Insurance verification forms
- Support the office manager by fulfilling patient care responsibilities
- Calculate fees for dental treatment
- Scanning documents into dental software.
- Safeguarding our patients’ health information and records
EDUCATION:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
WORKING DAYS & HOURS:
- Monday 8:00AM to 5:30PM
- Tuesday 8:00AM to 5:30PM
- Wednesday 8:00AM to 5:30PM
- Thursday 8:00AM to 5:30PM
The candidate will be subject to background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
