Front Desk Clerk - Tattnall Counseling Center Job at PINELAND BHDD CSB
This is a full time position to work at Tattnall Counseling Center, located in Reidsville, GA.
Under general supervision, performs billing services for consumer services rendered. Tracks and troubleshoots claims and payments. Maintains related files and prepares routine reports. Obtains and evaluates patient information to determine payment sources. Prepares claims and submits to appropriate sources. Maintains consumer billing and related files and records. Balance and reconciles all billed services for eligibility, authorizations and encounters. Attends training sessions, meetings and conferences. Maintains a consistent, high quality, customer-focused orientation when conducting business and providing services or products to consumers.
Minimum Training & Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience maintaining billing records, claims, statements and/or reports.
This position also requires to drive consumers to different activities and/or their homes. A current Driver's License with a clean record is required.
All applicants are subject to a Motor Vehicle Report check, Drug Screen, as well as National and Local Criminal Background checks.
