We are hiring a front desk receptionist.

We are looking for -
-Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional member experience.
-Answer phones, greet & engage with all clients, review client class schedules.
-Is positive and outgoing with a passion for service.
-Displays a positive attitude and maintains professionalism at all times.
- Guest Engagement providing attentive, fun, upbeat atmosphere catered to the member experience.
-Focus on the importance of a clean, well-stocked and well maintained facility.
- Must have proficient computer skills. Ability to learn and use the Mindbody software system- training will be provided.
-Assist in studio class turnover in between classes as well as all general studio maintenance.
-Participate in community events as needed to build brand awareness.
-Willingness to engage members and new clients to ensure a connection and help to exceed their expectations.
You will also be able to take classes for free!
Preferred candidates with prior customer service experience.
Great part time work, about 10 to 20 hours a week.
Willingness to work holidays.
Willingness to work one weekend day each week.
