Summary/Objective

We are a Residential Property Management company managing single-family homes in the Tampa Bay area. The Operations Manager sits at the front desk and is the face and voice of WrightDavis from the first point of contact on calls or in person.

Essential Functions

  • Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude about the company with coworkers, tenants, clients, and the public whether contact is by mail, telephone, or in person. Constantly strive for improvements in the work process and results to better meet clients' expectations.
  • Answer all incoming calls and responsible for giving information on all properties to possible tenants. Forward all calls as needed.
  • Sort the daily mail and distribute it to the proper person.
  • Monitor all incoming applications for properties. Complete the screening process and approve or deny each application.
  • Administer marketing on all new buildings as PM submits files. All files must be entered into PropertyWare and The MLS Site with all the property details including but not limited to the description, driving directions, charges, and update all marketing fields. Once approved publish.
  • Add properties to Showmojo immediately after the property listed.
  • Email PM MLS customer synopsis to send to owner for review once marketing completed.
  • Maintain complete and accurate property files and records, according to department systems, with an emphasis on documentation for future reference. Coordinate with the Office Manager and staff on management company procedures for processing and distributing information.
  • Creates a schedule for showings and organize all files needed for the PM showing.
  • Create the showing calendar as property levels change and update in all platforms.
  • Scan and shred all terminated files as needed.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with coworkers.
  • Keep abreast of systems and procedures related to property management.
  • All employees are expected to help maintain a positive online reputation for WD. In doing so, all employees are expected to gain positive reviews on all online platforms.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Travel

All WrightDavis team members may be asked to travel to assigned properties for posting of notices, inspections or other owner needs.
