Granville Wells Elementary School is currently seeking applicants for the role of ECA Bookkeeper.
Desired Qualities:
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, and accounting
- Friendly, dependable, ability to multi-task
- Front office/reception skills
- A desire to be part of a cooperative team who serves children and adults
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills
Duties Include, but not limited to:
- Greet visitors
- Answer phones
- Manage Low Bookkeeping software
- Manage ECA and staff accounts
- Manage corporation POs and authorize payment
- Manage 5th grade athletics
- Inventory and order office and instructional supplies
- Assist with school-wide programs
- Assist with data entry
- Manage outside vendors with needs, scheduling, and finances
- Assist with emergency drills and safety team
- Coordinate school photos and yearbook production and sales
- Assist administrative team as needed
