Full-Time positions require the candidate for be able to work Weekends (Fri, Sat. & Sun.), Holidays, have openavailability and reliabletransportation.

We are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time, with Hotel Experience, Front Desk Agents to serve as our guest's first and last point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

Hotel Front Desk Agent's responsibilities include but are not limited to: registering and checking out guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. Hotel Front Desk Agent's must also have knowledge of the surrounding area and how to get around. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

HOTEL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Qualifications: Prior hotel customer service experience, a professional appearance and attitude; the ability to multi-task; the ability to prioritize duties; knowledge of basic hotel computer functionality including typing skills, basic email, and windows applications.

Candidates Must be able to: work a phone with multiple phone lines and various office equipment ( fax machine, copier, and laser printer); diffuse upset guests when necessary, while treating our guests with the utmost respect at all times.
