We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing general customer service. The successful candidate will also be expected to handle administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and managing the front desk area. The Front Desk Agent should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Manage reservations and bookings.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
