The Transportation Coordinator will ensure daily support to warehouse operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow established practices and policies to meet daily production metrics
- Manage receiving/freight area
- Responsible for receipt of shipped goods
- Works with documentation and airway bills
- Ensures accurate daily inventory count
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with stock put away and storage of product
- Receiving goods for outbound shippers
- Thorough understanding of logistics receiving
- WIN System/AS400 experience
- Timely in work with attention to detail
- Cycle counting
- Warehouse auditing of product
- Wave planning
Experience
Required
- 2 - 3 years: Previous experience in shipping/receiving, cycle counting, inventory supervision/management (preferred)
