Roofing Technician, Shingling (Roofer)

We are looking for a roofing technician with exceptional skills of the trade, a drive to improve, and who is a great company culture fit for our family business. The roofing technician will be specialized in the re-roof division; tear off, and re-roofing of Asphalt shingle residential roofs. Pay ranges from $35-$100/hr (sometimes more), based on experience and performance. The pay structure is performance based; meaning, the harder you work, the more we will pay you. No caps. We believe it is important to give our employees opportunities to not only do their job, but excel at it. And we will pay you more for it. Because we are also growing very fast, this position has a large opportunity for promotions and raises. We have built out a full training program, which allows the Roofing Technician to know exactly what he needs to do to improve, promote, and succeed in his career. 3+ years of roofing experience recommended. The more experience you have the better.

Responsibilities

• Working on residential (sloped) roofs each day. Complete tear-off and re-roofing
• Customer service
• Working alongside your manager to prepare, train, and conduct work
• Use of technology in reporting
• Driving company vehicles

Pay:

• $35-$100/hr (Performance base)

Requirements:

• 3+ year in residential roofing experience
• No smoking or drinking while on the job
• Physical ability to carry equipment, walk on a roof, etc.

Recommended, not required:

• Roofing experience specific to Asphalt shingle Tear-off and installation
