REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
• Strong automotive background
• at least 2 years of Ford automatic transmission experience
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform multi point inspections and recommend work to be performed
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles
• Communicate with Service Advisor so that customers can be informed of any additional service recommendations and so customers can be aware of time and cost estimates.
• Utilize video inspections so that customers can see and hear the condition of the different components of their car.
• Perform manufacturer recommended maintenance services including tires, brakes, alignments, tune-ups, etc.
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

Established in 1969, Vic Bailey Automotive is a family-owned and operated dealership group in Spartanburg, SC. The group includes Ford, Lincoln, Mazda, Subaru, Honda, and Volkswagen. There is a collision center located on the Mazda Subaru campus.
