• Assist Wait Staff in all duties.

• Follow the “service cycle” Steps of Service for each meal period without allowing guest to prompt/ask for service, pre-bussing the table, busing table, deliver food and beverage on time etc.

• Handle any guest inquiries and complaints professionally with quick resolution making the best decision possible with the effort, knowledge, and experience necessary within the policies of the restaurant, always fulfilling and striving to achieve 100% guest satisfaction.

• Assist in seating and greeting guests.

• Be an alert listener and attentive to detail. Be pleasant, have a customer-focused attitude and exhibit an outgoing personality.

• Ensure cleanliness of the window and entire outlet, including, but not limited to equipment, storage, service stations and pantry before, during and after shift. Areas should be kept in top conditions at all times.

• Check food to ascertain that appearance, temperature, portions, accompaniments & garnishes, as well as any special requests are correct and deliver food orders in a timely fashion.

• Knowledge of and ability to deliver to correct table numbers and seating positions.

• Know, maintain and ensure compliance of all local liquor laws and sanitation and safety regulations. Know and maintain safety and sanitation standards daily to ensure safe environment for staff and guests.

• Clean, clear and reset tables promptly upon guest exiting, when busser or server assistant is not working.

• Prepare, stock, sort and send linen for laundry

• Prepare, stock and re-stock the pantry, wait station, and kitchen expo window

• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned.

• Ensure the security of guest and associate personal information.

• Flexibility in available to work according to business needs, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
