Position: Food Runner

POSITION SUMMARY:

Skyline Social and Games is searching for an energetic, personable individual to join our team. As the Food Runner, you will have the opportunity to greet guests as they enjoy their entertainment experience, answer guests’ questions, and act as the contact point between the Front of House staff and Back of House staff. This candidate will assist the serving staff and ensure that each guest receives their correct food or beverage order.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests tables efficiently and accurately
• Assist serving staff with bussing tables, providing silverware, and other tableware materials
• Comply with all food and drink regulations
• Answer guests’ questions about menu items and ingredients
• Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction
• Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to guest concerns
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as a member of a team

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to walk or stand for 4-6 hours at a time
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Comfortable working in an atmosphere with loud and sudden noise
• Background in service industry is required
• Must be 18-years old or older
