Duties Include:
- Food preparation, washing, chopping vegetables, portioning foods ensuring they are correct quantity and quality.
- Load, run, unload dish machine and properly store dishes
- Ensuring food is properly stored
- Maintains a clean and orderly kitchen area and equipment.
- Performing kitchen maintenance; emptying trash, mopping floors, and washing dishes
- Cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, coolers and all storage areas
- Strives to learn to improve kitchen skills and expands knowledge about food products and technique
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work fast, effective, and focused under pressure.
