Position Status: Full-time, Seasonal (April-October) PM
Compensation: $16-18/hour (depending on experience)
Position Reports to: Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Lead Steward
Duties & Responsibilities
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
Follow RMC policies, procedures, and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Ensure cleaning schedule is adhered to and to the required standard
Sweep, mop and polish all necessary areas and equipment
Clean and mop kitchen and equipment
Stock stipulated Food & Beverage areas with as required
Make sure all equipment is correctly stored
Keep linen and other laundry clear and put away in proper areas
Stock and tidy up storage areas
Requirements and Skills
Previous experience is a plus
Primary school education
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Englewood, CO 80112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
