Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Location : Hilton Garden Inn Poughkeepsie/Fishkill
Pay: Starting at $17.50 per hour, plus monthly monetary performance bonus
Scope:
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery within the Food and Beverage department. This includes the following criteria: set up, breakdown and service techniques, completion of shift checklists, delivering focused and quality guest service. The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of supervision during the duration of the assigned shift.
Minimum Requirements:
- Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment.
- Availability to work varied shifts, according to the needs of the hotel. This includes weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, kneel and crouch, regularly lift 25 pounds.
