We are seeking a vibrant, professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead our FOH team, with upscale dining, ala carte, and banquet experience.
Food & Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily guest service, food, and beverage operations to the highest brand standards
- Train, hire, coach, and motivate the team to meet seasonal needs
- Financial and operational accountability
- Ability to create a positive and warm atmosphere
Food & Beverage Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience at an AGM or GM management level in foodservice
- Strong understanding of financials
- Strong leadership and motivational qualities
- Strong attention to detail
Food & Beverage Manager Benefits:
- Base compensation of $60,000 to $70,000, seasonal hours, an average of 50 hours per week
