Upland Brewing in Indianapolis, IN is looking for one foh supervisor to join our 70 person strong team. We are located on 1201 Prospect Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities

*Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties *Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up *Proactively assist fellow staff members *Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service *Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
Qualifications

*Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Excellent customer service skills *Strong organizational and time management skills *Previous experience in a management role
