FOH Manager Job at Tacos El Tio
New Tacos El Tio location in Green Brook! We are seeking a detail-oriented Hospitality leader who will be a hands-on mentor in the dining room with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and create an amazing experience for both our guests and staff. You will assist in all front of the house operations, providing insight and guidance to every member of our team, to further the success of the restaurant. Some responsibilities include, hiring, scheduling, ordering, training, daily closeouts, ensuring proper service, bar inventory, etc. A minimum of 2 years in a management role is required to apply. Must also have the stamina to work in excess of 55 hours a week.
