We are looking to add to our team! We are a very busy retail florist heavy in funeral and wedding work in need of an EXPERIENCED Floral Designer with at least 3-5 years experience.

Our shop has been a part of our community for 30 years, with a wonderful local following. We are family owned and operated, with a great group of employees in a fun atmosphere. We pride ourselves on making our staff feel like family.

The right floral design candidate would be:

• Responsible

• Well versed in all aspects of floral design from every day to sympathy work to proms to weddings
• Knowledge of Teleflora/Dove POS and BloomNet a plus, but easy to learn
• Floral customer service is our number one priority!
• Great people skills is a must!

Responsibilities of the floral designer will include not only floral design, but also

• Waiting on customers
• Answering the phone
• Taking orders
• Processing flowers
• Wedding set up/breakdown
• Keeping up with the day to day of the shop and what's coming up in the future, etc.
• Answering Customer Service emails
• Be able to keep the shop running on a daily basis
• Be willing to do whatever is asked of them

Please know that in our shop, everyone pitches in and does it all, from washing buckets to running out on deliveries in our delivery vans, if needed.
