As part of the Disney Event Group, through strong administrative, organizational, communication, and relationship skills, the Floral Coordinator will use resources to focus on delivering outstanding support to the cast, leaders, and partners, and provide magical guest experiences.

You will

On any given day, as a Floral Coordinator, you might:

• Collaborate with multiple partners through the buying process for onsite support

• Recognize and work through challenges, proactively

• Demonstrate adaptability to the fluctuating needs of partners and the business

• Recognize opportunities in developing and delivering excellence in safety, courtesy, inclusion, show, and efficiency for guests and cast

• Be the point of contact for floral and supply needs

• Assist Cast Members with questions, regarding products/services/floral and resources

• Consolidate and prioritize purchase requests for Disney Floral & Gifts, from fresh floral to hard good and supplies, for the operation and Special Events

• Supervise purchase orders and ensure payments are expedited

• Communicate when orders are placed and delivery timeline

• Receive all orders in SAP system and assist in maintaining physical inventory of floral and vendor products

• Reconcile month-end vendor invoices

You Will Have

Here is what you need to be successful at this job:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

• Knowledge of SAP Casual Buyer

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, a professional presence, and a demonstrated ability to present a cohesive story

• Shown relationship skills with the ability to develop professional partnerships that result in consistent, reliable, and courteous communication

• Able to lead multiple projects with varying priorities and timelines

• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and nights, as needed

• Experience/solid understanding in the Floral industry

Required Education

High School or equivalent
