Floor Technician Job at Morningstar Living
Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Floor Technician for our Moravian Hall Square Campus in Nazareth, PA. This opportunity is full time with benefits including health insurance, vision, dental 401k, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and so much more!
What will I do as a Floor Technician?
- Perform floor care and preparation of areas to be cleaned, buffed, stripped, or waxed as well as carpet cleaning.
- Provide floor maintenance; including but not limited to, vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets, stairwells, and upholstery.
- Perform preventative maintenance check on all equipment prior to use at the beginning and end of shift.
What do I need to be a Floor Technician?
- Must have a current, valid license in good standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in floor care maintenance.
- Excellent customer service relations along with demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Must be honest, reliable, and able to interact well with residents and other staff members.
- Work independently and schedule work tasks as appropriate to meet daily needs.
