_Cuckoo's Inc is looking for a service-oriented Front of House Manager to manage our high volume downtown restaurant location, The Roost. This is an exciting opportunity to create memorable dining experiences for our customers, continually improve our quality of service and help our team reach their full potential._ _Cuckoo's Inc. is a family-owned restaurant group, consisting of Cuckoo's Chicken House, The Roost and the Animas City Theatre._ *Front of House Manager Job Summary* We are looking for a Front of House Manager to run the service side of our restaurant. In this position, you will hire and train servers, bussers, bartenders and hosts/hostesses, create shift schedules, and ensure that the front-of-house (FOH) runs smoothly. You are ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction, so you must make sure your staff is providing excellent customer service. You must also facilitate a smooth line of communication between the servers and the kitchen, other management team members, and reps. Our ideal candidate has several years of experience working in restaurants, preferably with some time spent in a supervisory role, knowledge of Toast POS, OpenTable reservation system, mixology and wine service preferred.

Pay: $31,200.00 - $45,000.00 per year
