Float Home Health Aide/HHA Job at BrightStar Care Plymouth
BrightStar Care of Plymouth, a small home care agency, is hiring for Full-Time Float Home Health Aide (HHA) to work one-on-one with our clients in their homes and cover shifts as needed. 32 hours minimum guaranteed (16 hours of assigned cases and 16 hours of covering shifts as needed). Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm, no evenings and no weekends.
Case assignments are short, 4-hours or less! TRAVELING IS REQUIRED!
$20-$22/hr predicated on experience
$1000 Referral Bonus
Travel Reimbursement (paid mileage)
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Company contributes 50% to individual health insurance premium

Home Health Aide/HHA Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
CPR Certified
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Caregiver, required
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL up to 25 MILES within company’s territory, as needed
Must have Driver’s License with insured, reliable transportation
Must have a smart phone to utilize mobile apps for schedules and clocking in/out
