A Driver Manager is responsible to lead a team of 20-35 drivers. Duties include daily communication with drivers, efficient dispatch decisions to achieving set goals for safety, miles and revenue. Other operational duties include: customer service, load planning, tracking metrics, communicating with internal and external customer via email, phone and other technologies. Experience in McLeod software a plus or the ability to learn quickly. Transportation experience is desired, but will train the right candidate.'
