Fitness, Zumba and Yoga Instructors Job at Torch Fitness by Valet Living
Torch Fitness by Valet Living is looking for Fitness/Yoga/Zumba Instructors to substitute teach 45-minute classes at luxury apartment communities in Davenport/Kissimmee area.
Preferred availability for 1x week class is weekday evenings or Saturday mornings. Typical class attendance is 4-10 residents. Pay is $30-35/45-minute class. Communities are listed below:
Champions Gate - 1291 El Mirasol Loop, Davenport, FL 33896
Cortland Hunters Creek - 3021 Savosa Ave, Kissimmee, FL 34741
Cortland Reunion - 7995 Haven Way, Kissimmee, FL 34747
This individual will be a part of a quickly expanding team focused on growth and delivering a consistent high-quality service to members within the community. Seeking individuals comfortable interacting and teaching a group Yoga/Fitness/Zumba class to the residents of said communities along with a passion for helping others meet their fitness goals.
Travel to and from community is required in addition to checking and attendance tracking using our software system.
Qualifications
- Liability insurance (required) or willing to get it
- Experience in designing and implementing Yoga/Fitness/Zumba programs and classes
- Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or Yoga/Fitness/Zumba certification (preferred)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clock-in/clock-out and sign off training sessions using our software
- Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises during classes
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Lead and motivate clients safely throughout classes
- Practice what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs
- Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels and/or physical ailments
- Be a fitness leader in the community
- Build your book and brand yourself for success
