Summary

The Finisher General Foreman is responsible for all facets of concrete placement, finishing and curing. Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel. Is regularly required to drive Baker vehicles and must comply with Company and DOT regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Finisher General Foreman will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality, and productive (SQP) manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role.   • Plans, Coordinates, and Executes Placement of Concrete
  • Directs and Oversees Crews
  • Ensures a Safe Work Environment
  • Participates in Training/Certifications

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years related experience and/or training; 2 of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient in concrete mix designs and the effects of its usage.
