Daily Tasks:
- Ensure that the correct stain is applied to the product and removed free of build-up and rag marks.
- Read product labels to confirm the correct stain is used
- Check the product for defects or material flaws.
- Must past the proper hue color test if viewing color.
- Use color panels to ensure a correct color match.
- Operate tanks at the correct pressure and complete appropriate preventative maintenance measures.
- Must follow Safety and Environmental Polices and Guiding Principles.
- Experience with spraying color is a plus!
- Ability to comprehend and follow job safety guidelines
- Able to comprehend and follow directions on a load card
- Able to lift parts from floor to operation level frequently
- Skilled in the use of finish equipment
- Capable of setting up equipment to specifications
- Understands/follows proper lockout procedures
- Able to perform preventative maintenance to tools/equipment
- Able to comprehend and perform proper spraying processes
- Ability to identify nonconformities
