Vicar's Landing is hiring a Fine Dining Cook for the Sawgrass campus as a Full-Time job in Ponte Vedra, FL.
As a Fine Dining Cook, you are responsible for the preparation of meats, vegetables, soups, sauces, etc. for three meals for both the Health Center and Independent Living Members. Fine Dining Cooks are responsible for sanitary handling and food preparation, using standardized recipes and meeting daily meal schedules and serving required portions, utilizing leftovers, caring for and cleaning equipment. The Cook's position determines the amount and type of food and supplies needed and obtains them from storage in an adequate time for meal production.

Key Responsibilities:
- High School Diploma / GED plus additional culinary training
- Minimum two years as a cook in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, club, health care facility, or similar institution
- Applicable math skills
- Perform moderately physical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attendance
