The Company:

Nye Street Partners runs and supports the family offices for ultra high net worth families. We are a small company where our analysts work directly with the firm’s principals and UHNW clients.

The Position:

Our financial planners learn on the job, do analysis and problem solve. The financial planner is a key component to the team approach to client servicing. This position will use provided resources and training to obtain expertise in taxes, investments, estate planning, insurance, and overall financial analysis. Planners will have the ability to obtain Series 65 license to communicate investment advice to clients. Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of personal financial exhibits (balance sheet, asset allocation, cash flow)
• Provide planning and analysis across all aspects of personal finance
• Income tax planning and preparation and related accounting/reconciliation
• Work directly with clients and third parties (banks, attorneys, investments funds and more)
• Handle daily issues as they arise to provide ultimate client experience

The Location:

• Located in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY

The Requirements:

• Four-year degree (Accounting/Finance focus preferred)
• Accounting experience/CPA or auditing background a plus
• Well organized with extreme attention to detail
• Experienced with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Good communication skills and comfortable with numbers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
