Financial Planning firm in Worthington is seeking an administrative assistant and client services representative with 5+ years’ experience in the investment and insurance industry. Securities license is a plus. Role involves administrative office duties, answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing client appointments, processing new business, servicing clients, and reporting and spreadsheets. Customer service background with attention to detail and advanced experience with CRM databases, financial industry software and trading platforms is important
We custody at TD Ameritrade and Schwab which have excellent technology. Our client base consists of a lot of the seniors and retirees and are wonderful people to work with. We feel very blessed to have them as clients. The advisor you will be working with has 30+ years’ experience and approximately $100 million in assets under management. Office location has modern decor with easy access and free parking. Here are some of the tools we work with:

*Morningstar advisor workstation
*E-money advisor
*Riskalyze
This is a full-time position, M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm. Please submit resume along with salary requirement.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
