Manpower is recruiting for a direct hire Finance Controller to work in Gillette WY. Will be responsible for all controlling related activites and reporting for operational business within the central region. Prefer Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Would like to see at least 5 years experience in Accounting, controlling, and reporting. Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills, strong analytical skills, understanding of internal financial reporting, application of accounting principles, and internal controls. Experience in MS Office and MS Dynamics a plus. Proficient in ERP Systems and fluent in English.
Support Business Partners by delivering comprehensive, complete, and timely financial information. Prepar Budget and forecast with business partners. Analyze deviations between actual and rolling forecast and budget. Implement improvements. Support team in cost reduction. Prepare quarterly reports.
