Primary Responsibilities

• Perform account analysis and reconciliations
• Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, the reconciliations of accounts, and G/L analysis.
• Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process.
• Manage Ad-hoc projects as necessary
• Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc., and present analysis in a clear manner.
• Advance Finance Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as needed, with research, planning, and implementation.
• Manage Accounts Payable Cycle
• Manage Accounts Receivable Cycle

Requirements

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business field
• 5+ years of financial management/analysis experience
• Critical thinking and problem-solving experience
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in a spreadsheet or database modeling in a controlled environment

Nice to Have

• Concur Expense Reporting Experience a plus
