JOB SUMMARY:

The Financial Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, managing and providing guidance to the Financial Care Specialist/Sales Associates Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing leadership, management, and guidance to all Financial Care Specialist/Sales Associates.
  • Complete and deliver performance evaluations.
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring process.
  • Provide coaching and development to the Financial Care Specialist/Sales Associates.
  • Responsible for Anti Money Laundering compliance and company Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensuring Financial Care Specialist understand and comply with all company objectives, performance standards, and company policies.
  • Ability to manage and produce reports on production and historical data.
  • Responsible for check verifications and approvals of amounts of $10k or less.
  • Ability to manage complaints, counseling managers on the interpretation of Collections policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and analyze risk with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist Associates with Anti Money Laundering Compliance, verifying documents, paycheck stubs, bank statements and providing appropriate approvals.
  • Comply with all Bank Secrecy Act regulation guideless of sharing information of transactions on hold.
  • Responsible for follow up of transactions with funds on hold (waiver), confirm payments received in the bank, verify check and authorize disbursement of funds.
  • Maintain confidentiality with customer data.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Ability to work under little or no supervision.
  • Ability to demonstrate independent judgement.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and Holidays, based on company need.
  • Knowledgeable of computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to understand to understand, company manuals, forms, policies and procedures and other related documents. Bilingual preferred

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Minimum High school diploma

  • May be occasionally required to travel to our retail stores.
  • The work environment is that typical of an office and retail store. The noise level in the work environment is open concept with multiple conversations occurring.
