The Financial Analyst is a full-time position with hybrid work options. Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have a four year degree and two to four years of analytical experience. Both excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Expertise in standard business software applications such as Microsoft Office, including Word and intermediate Excel is also required. Knowledge of Elite, Chrome River or prior work within a legal finance department setting is a plus.

The Financial Analyst is a full-time position with hybrid work options. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing monthly financial reporting that goes to the Finance Committee and Board.
- Weekly time reporting for several departments.
- Monthly reporting for various departments and practice areas.
- Monthly dashboard preparation and commentary for division and department chairs.
- Partnering with IT leadership to track capital and expenses, providing variance analysis and commentary each month.
- Assisting with bigger priorities (budget, forecast, business planning process).
- Assisting with Pricing weekly/monthly reporting and supporting RFPs and pricing requests.
- Supporting maintenance of billing rates in 3E and communication of billing rate increases.
