Financial Analyst Job at C Spire
Overview:

Primary responsibilities will be to perform fact based financial analyses on all aspects of the company that are timely, accurate and clearly presented to management for review.
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual operating, capital and financial statement budgets.
- Prepare and continue to improve upon monthly and quarterly analyses of financial results and operational metrics.
- Complete monthly actuals vs. budget variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial projections and financial models as needed.
- Develop a full understanding of the industries related to the Company.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- REQUIRED
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience (internship experience is accepted), preferably Telecom industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required with a major in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team.
- PREFERRED
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- Access or relational database software preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
