We are seeking to hire a candidate that is a:
- Self starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Good phone / people skills
- Light computer knowledge
- Great follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask
- We offer a flexible work schedule, Saturdays are required (with one weekday off and Sunday)
- CDK experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Bilingual is a plus!
You will be assisting our Finance Managers with the following
- Following up with all applications submitted to the banks as well as bank approvals
- Obtaining documentation from our customers
- Arranging appointments for customer set up and delivery
- Contact insurance companies to obtain insurance documentation
- Experience in funding is a plus, but not mandatory
- Other special clerical duties as assigned
Your salary will be based on your level of experience. A medical benefits plan and a 401(k) is also available and paid vacation.
