Backed by PowerPlant Partners, a leading growth equity firm focused on plant-based consumer wellness companies (powerplantpartners.co), ZICO Rising, Inc., maker of ZICO branded coconut water products (ZICO.com), is looking for a motivated and collaborative Finance professional to join our dynamic, high-growth Company. You will be one of the first members of the Finance team and will report to the Strategic Finance Manager. The position will be based out of the Company’s headquarters in Seal Beach, CA.

The Finance & Business Operations Analyst will provide analytical and financial support to drive business strategy and optimize decision making across all business units at ZICO. This is a high impact role and you will have a significant opportunity to run with projects and help drive key business decisions by providing financial support to the leadership team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has strong problem-solving skills and experience with financial and business analysis. Key Responsibilities:

· Continue to develop and enhance the company’s corporate financial model by working with the various business units to analyze and understand key drivers

· Own the monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecast and reporting, both internal and external; Support the accounting team with the month end financial close process

· Assist in developing materials for internal use and external parties such as customers, investors, and the Board of Directors

· Design and improve reporting and processes where needed

· Develop and maintain KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

· Work with business units to provide analytical and strategic support for decision-making

· Analyze and synthesize complex business data and financial information into actionable insights

· Lead or assist with special projects as requested and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the business grows

Desired Skills and Experience

· B.S. in Finance, Accounting or equivalent from a leading undergraduate institution

· 1-2+ years of financial analysis experience required

· Experience in a Finance, Investment Banking, or a Strategic Planning role inside of a consumer product company a plus

· Analytical and modeling skills, experience with financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts preferred

· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required

· Highly entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

· Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Highly-driven and proactive

· Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and collaborate across departments and levels
