Centurion Planning & Design is seeking a Field Survey Operations Manager to join our Bedford, TX team.

Duties:

• Responsible for overseeing a site and directing crews on survey plans associated with engineering and construction projects.
• Assist with recruiting and screening survey crew(s)
• Coordinate surveying with local survey teams
• Review survey data and crew field notes from survey projects and provide quality control
• Make recommendations and compile quotes for purchase or rental of necessary survey equipment
• Train and assist regarding survey methods and procedures
• Lead project kickoff meetings with surveyors and teams
• Make site visits when necessary
• Research the history of the land for legal records, survey records, land titles, or other information about the property.
• Additional duties include preparing proposals, contracts and reports; consulting with clients; performing field work; and drawing/drafting maps.
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• 10+ years' experience in surveying field and management experience
• 2-5 years field survey experience
• Familiarity with Trimble field survey equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
