We are seeking experienced field service Technicians/engineers to help us provide customer-oriented solutions. The successful candidates will be able to effectively troubleshoot customer systems and offer creative solutions as well as conduct regular maintenance. The ideal engineer/Technician for this position will have a strong understanding of the customer service industry, as well as proven success in managing projects and working within new environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates can ONLY BE BASED OUT OF the following area's : North Carolina, South Carolina, San Diego, San francisco to be considered!
  • 3+ years of Experience working within Allen Bradley
  • 3+ years of experience within industrial automation tech (or engineer) capacity in a manufacturing facility
  • Ability to work with customer's to find the best solutions or improvement's for individual customer sites
  • Develop, install, and debug software modifications for new components on equipment in the field.
  • Provide software (PLC’s and robots) support on equipment in the field.
  • Ability to travel upto 75% of the time - (Some international travel requried)
  • Experienced in troubleshooting machinery, especially via PLC code and various types of diagrams
  • Install, commission, and service PIA machines at customer’s site.
  • Ability to seek out critical information (data) from equipment and customer to achieve solutions to problems.
  • Be able to formulate a troubleshooting plan based on failure trends.
  • Must be able to read electrical, fluid, and pneumatic diagrams
  • Maintains report with customers by examining issues; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; and recommending system improvements.
  • Well-rounded exposure to pneumatic and fluid control systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
