Due to incredible growth, AIS is seeking 2 Field Construction Managers for both the Tampa and Orlando areas. The Field Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation of multi-family projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.
- Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
- Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely.
- Anticipate and resolve client issues.
- Attend client mandated meeting as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.
- Commit to being highly visible on job sites.

- Having a strong understanding of carpentry, building, and contracting
- Being self-motivated, with strong communication and problem solving skills
- Possess organizational skills for multiple projects at once
- Being a self-starter, flexible and able to follow processes

- Prioritize clients and represent AIS with pride & integrity
- Communicate efficiently among all departments and meets deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of construction experience
- Previous construction management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning
- Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed
