The world’s largest boat club www.FreedomBoatClub.com is expanding and we need to hire a Fiberglass and Gel Coat Repair and Refinish Technician for the Cleveland area. There are 360 Freedom Boat Club locations in North America with nearly 6000 boats and 60,000 families in the club. Freedom Boat Club is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brunswick Marine which builds Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Crestliner, Cypress Cay, Lund, Bayliner, and a dozen other boats. We also own Mercury, Mercruiser and Quicksilver as well as many other marine parts manufacturers. We are the largest Recreational Marine company in the world. Because of this the successful candidate would have unprecedented access to training and support to grow in knowledge and experience quickly.

This position would be responsible for all Fiberglass Repair and Refinishing to 60+ boats in the 10 location of Freedom Boat Club across Lake Erie Shores of Northern Ohio. There is an operations manager to assist.

This is a full-time job that works out to 40-50 hours per week. You will work longer hours in the summer, average hours in the fall and spring and shorter hours in the winter.

If you have a problem with drugs or alcohol, go get help and don’t waste your time applying. You need a reasonable amount of experience doing mechanical work to do this job. You will need your own hand tools. We are happy to train the right person that does not have marine experience.
