Job scope:

Provides all aspects of community engagement and collaboration for the FAYS program. Provides services to FAYS children, youth, and families in specified counties; assists in coordination of staff assignments; coordinates and directs Universal Child Abuse Prevention (UCAP) and Outreach activities with other local agencies and community services; acts as lead fieldwork trainer for new hires; assists in the administration of National Family Support Network (NFSN) projects; and assists in direct service documentation review. Reports to and functions under the general supervision of the FAYS Program Director. Has independence in exercising judgment to ensure that services and program operations are in compliance with applicable standards.


Education/licensure:

Requires a Bachelor's degree, preferred in an approved field from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Education, Sociology or other behavioral field. Current valid driver's license in state of residence with driving record that meets insurability standards of Community Healthcore's liability insurer is required.


Experience/Knowledge:

At least two (2) years professional experience in delivery of direct services to youth and families; preferred at least one (1) additional year in a supervisory capacity (three (3) years total experience).


Physical requirements:

Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualifications essential to the performance of the job: Mobility, ability, and stamina to sit, bend, and reach during an 8-10 hour workday. Able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds. Sensory acuity sufficient to evaluate, treat, and monitor needs of individuals and maintain accurate records. Fine motor skills sufficient to legibly document and communicate. Routine 8-10 hour shifts with weekends off. Will serve on call for one week approximately every two months.


Minimum Hiring Hourly Salary: $20.19
