Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR-Based Sales Lead to join our insurance agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads through HR-related channels and converting them into new business. You will work closely with our HR department to identify potential clients, build relationships, and develop sales strategies to meet our revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
Work with the HR department to identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach them

Generate and qualify leads through HR-related channels such as employee benefits fairs, online HR forums, and other networking events

Conduct research on potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points

Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients to showcase our insurance products and services

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty

Work collaboratively with our insurance agents to ensure a smooth handover of leads and opportunities

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and use this knowledge to improve sales performance

Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance your sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients

Familiarity with HR practices and employee benefits programs
