A financial services firm in Florida is actively seeking an analytical and driven professional to join their staff as their new Family Office Bookkeeper.

Responsibilities

The Family Office Bookkeeper will be responsible for:
  • Recording monthly activity for various individuals and entities
  • Reconciling all bank accounts monthly
  • Recording investment activity from broker statements
  • Preparing monthly closing journal entries in order to produce quarterly balance sheet and income statements
Qualifications
  • 4-5+ years’ recent experience as an accountant performing full-charge
  • bookkeeper duties
  • Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills and
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to tackle varied projects and handle multiple tasks
