A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FACILITY MAINTENANCE ATTENDANT
As a Facility Maintenance Attendant, you perform a variety of tasks involving the maintenance, repair, protection, and overall appearance of the Davis Conference Center and Hilton Garden Inn facility and grounds. As you replace lightbulbs, change batteries, clean up the property, repair broken items, or check rooms, you've always got a smile on your face. You love keeping busy!
You keep the pool maintained, ensuring the chemistry and temperature meet health department standards. Snow removal and grounds security are always taken care of under your attentive eye. You feel a sense of satisfaction in making sure that our place is well-maintained. Every day is different, and every day you make a difference!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FACILITY MAINTENANCE ATTENDANT
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
No experience is required - we will train for this entry-level position! Can you communicate effectively with guests, vendors, supervisors, and associates? Are you able to provide exemplary customer service to all of our guests? Do you pay close attention to details? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This full- or part-time repair position works weekends only. Shift options include 2:30 pm - 11:00pm and 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
