This position also comes with a performance review after 6 months!! We are looking for someone that is in the search of something on a part time basis. Requires someone that is willing to do exterior and interior patrolling of the premises on foot. (Mainly interior!) As well as some light duty facility maintenance Possessing a friendly, mature demeanor with great customer service skills is expected at all times! Located in a residential community, this position could be an evening or overnight shift. This is not your typical security officer position! We are looking for people that are motivated and willing to take on the position as a Facilities Residential Security Officer. Requirements
Must be a minimum 21 years of age.
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or military service record.
Must have a valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or willing to apply for one.
Must have a 20-hour training certificate or complete within in 30 days of employment.
All applicants must complete a pre-employment screening process.
Includes a background investigation.
Maintain an impeccable image and adhere to our professional military grooming standards, which includes:
No visible tattoo(s) that cannot be covered up with a long sleeve shirt and pants.
Must have mature demeanor, personality and attitude.
Must possess strong customer service skills, public relation skills and the ability to interact well with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Possess strong communication skills, both verbally, written and non-verbal.
Have a proven stable work history.
Must maintain a working telephone at all times in order for us to contact you.
Must have reliable means of transportation.
